Campaign Monitor makes it easy to attract new subscribers, send them beautiful email newsletters and see stunning reports on the results. It's also a great tool for agencies to manage and white-label their email marketing service for clients.
The Help Scout app instantly connects your customer's info to Campaign Monitor and displays their subscriptions in the sidebar. In addition to seeing lists they're subscribed to, you can even add or remove customers from lists in seconds. For customer reporting and more details, we provide a quick link to open their profile. Here's a snapshot of how it will appear in Help Scout:
Log in to Campaign Monitor, click on your name in the upper-right hand corner and select Manage Account. On the next page, click on the API keys link.
Once on the Manage API Keys page, click on the Show API Key link. Copy your API key to the clipboard.
Head back into Help Scout and install the Campaign Monitor app from the Apps page. Paste in your API Token and type out your subdomain. Your subdomain appears at the start of the URL path seen in your address bar while signed in to Campaign Monitor. Per the below snapshot: jgclothing is the subdomain in the example jgclothing.createsend.com. Select a client from the dropdown menu, then check off a few mailboxes. Don't forget to hit the Save button!
