Pipedrive is a web-based CRM that helps you track the progress and details of all the deals in your sales pipeline. You can use and customize Pipedrive to monitor the activities planned to help close deals, and easily view which team members are associated with what deals.
Once installed, the Pipedrive app for Help Scout will do a couple of awesome things. For one, it will automatically sync data between your Pipedrive and Help Scout accounts, helping to build out and manage your business's customer base. The app will also display up to three Pipedrive deals, taking key data points - deal value, pipeline stage and expected close date - and neatly show them in your customer sidebar. Here's a snapshot of how it will appear in Help Scout:
Log in to your Pipedrive account, then click on your profile badge in the upper-right hand corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, click on the Settings link.
From the Personal tab, select the API option, then copy the API code seen in the green box.
Head over to Help Scout and install the Pipedrive integration. Paste your API key and select the mailboxes you'd like to connect to Pipedrive. Hit the blue Save button when you're finished!
