Getting your email into Help Scout

Help Scout works by creating a forwarding rule with your email client or server to send all of your email into your Help Scout Mailbox. Each Mailbox has a unique identifier address, which looks something like this: 

support.32669.2c7fca07cef3df61@helpscout.net. 

That’s where you’ll direct your mail to. You can find your unique Mailbox address in the Connection Settings of your Mailbox, under the gear.
