Log in to Help Scout
There are a few different ways to log into Help Scout. This article covers each of those different methods.

Help Scout Account
You can log in to your account using just your Help Scout credentials. Simply head to the log-in page, type in your email address and password, and you're all set.
If your Help Scout account is set up to use the Google Apps integration, you can log in using your Google Apps account.
If you'd prefer to log in via Google Apps, click on the grey Sign in with Google Apps link below the blue Log In button. A blue Google button will appear for you to click on, which will bring up a prompt to choose the Google Apps account you'd like to authenticate with (this will need to be the same one that you use to log into Help Scout with). After authenticating, the login screen will remember which credentials you used the last time and default to it moving forward.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single sign-on via a custom SAML solution can also be set up for your Help Scout account. The Account Owner or an Administrator can head to Manage → Company → Login, and enable SSO in order to log in securely using your company's domain.
Once enabled, you can enter your log-in email address for Help Scout, and if it is tied to your company's domain, a blue Log in with Single Sign-on button will appear. Check out this article for more on how to set up SSO for your account.
