Auto-forwarding from cPanel
First things first! Open up your mailbox in Help Scout, click on the gear icon in the lower left-hand corner, and select Connection Settings from the dropdown menu.
Connection Settings page, click on the
Receiving Emails tab, and you'll notice a funky looking email address - this is your forwarding alias. Copy it to your clipboard and log into cPanel.
Mail section, click on the

Add Forwarder button. This will take you to the forwarder setup page.
Drop in the address you'd like to forward messages from. In this example, it's
firstname.lastname@example.org. Next, paste your Help Scout forwarding address in to the
Destination field. Click the
Add Forwarder button when you're done.
