September 2023 Legacy Plan Migration
On September 6, 2023, we retired a group of legacy plans and moved customers to a currently offered Standard or Plus plan.
If you're still on a legacy plan after the migration, on the Your Plan page you'll see a note on top that looks something like this:

Your new Standard plan
Will cost $20 per user per month when paid annually ($25 per user per month when paid monthly) and includes:
- 2 Inboxes — additional inboxes are $10/month each
- 1 Docs site — additional sites are $20/month each
- A limit of 25 users
- Up to 2 years of Reporting history (Note: storage of conversations will not be affected)
- Customer Properties
- Live Chat and Messages
- Satisfaction Ratings
- Office Hours
- Workflows
- API Access
- An API rate limit of 200 calls/min
- Reporting API endpoints are not included
- Integrations
- BETA AI Assist
Your new Plus plan
Will cost $40 per user per month when paid annually ($50 per user per month when paid monthly) and includes everything available to Standard in addition to:
- 5 Inboxes — additional inboxes are $10/month each
- 2 Docs sites — additional sites are $20/month each
- 25 Light Users included
- Unlimited Reporting history
- Advanced Permissions
- Access to Premium integrations (Salesforce, Jira, and HubSpot)
- An increased API rate limit of 400 calls/min
- Custom Fields
- Teams
- Facebook Messenger
- BETA AI Summarize
