Forward from and Office365


First things first! Open up your mailbox in Help Scout, click on the gear icon in the lower left-hand corner, and select Connection Settings from the dropdown menu.

On the Connection Settings page, click on the Receiving Emails tab, and you'll notice a funky looking email address - this is your forwarding alias. Copy it to your clipboard and head over to Outlook.

After logging in, click on the tiny gear icon in the upper right-hand corner. Select More mail settings from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the Options page.


From the Options page, click on the Email forwarding link under the Managing your account section.


Hold up, did you get some Forwarding is disabled page? Bummer. You'll just need to verify your account to continue. Drop in a mobile number and confirm that you're not some underground spam lord by verifying the 4-digit code sent to your portable communication device. If you didn't get this message, carry on!


Now that you're finally looking at the forwarding options, select the Forward your mail to another email account option and paste in that unique mailbox address you copied earlier. We'd recommend keeping a copy of the message in your inbox, too. Save your changes!


And that'll do it! If you click back to your inbox, you'll notice a forwarding heads-up banner at the bottom of the page. You can change settings again if you need to or just close it out.
