Auto-forward From Bluehost to Help Scout

First things first: You'll need to connect your custom email address to your Help Scout Inbox. Check out Connect Your Custom Address for help there. Make a note of the Inbox Address — that will be where you'll forward your custom address to.

Head to your Bluehost account and choose Advanced to navigate to your cPanel dashboard. Click on the Forwarders icon under the Mail section.

Click Add Forwarder.

Enter the email address you want to forward to Help Scout. In this example, we want to forward support@jgclothing.co, so we typed in support to the Address to Forward: field and chose jgclothing.co from the Domain list. Next, paste your Help Scout Inbox address in to the Forward to Email Address field. Click the Add Forwarder button.
