AI Answers empowers your customers to quickly access the content from your Docs site to find what they need. You can ask the AI assistant any question, and it will provide a specific answer within seconds. It's like magic!

When it's available in your account, you'll be able to create your own custom translations or choose from over 30 languages. And based on the technology we're using behind the scenes, the AI assistant should respond to your customers in whichever language they're using.


We're excited to release this feature to customers soon, but for now, it's only being tested by our internal team and a few customers. Keep an eye out for announcements in April or May.

How to try AI answers

To use AI answers, log in to your Help Scout account, click the question mark icon, then click the Get Help link. You'll see our Beacon open in the bottom corner, and you can try it out.

A few notes about using AI Answers

  • We're still refining the product experience. You may see errors and incorrect answers from time to time. However, human support options are only a click or two away if you need them.
  • This feature is only available in the web app for now. Mobile will come later.
