Translate words and phrases within Docs
For our friends around the globe that speak languages other than English, we have some helpful features to aid in translating your Docs (and aspects of it) into the language of your choice. This article is all about how to translate your Docs site(s) and articles.

Translating Docs phrases
All English terminology seen on your public-facing Docs site can be translated in to the language of your choosing. For example, you can translate article specific phrases, such as Most Popular Articles, or Print this article into another language.
Additionally, translations can be customized per knowledge base. Let's say you have two knowledge base sites: one for your French customers and one for your German customers. You can use the use the Translate page to manage language-specific translations for both Docs sites.
Head over to Manage → Docs, then click on the Translate tab seen in the left-hand sidebar. Just click on the text boxes to replace the default phrase with the desired language. Don't forget to click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page when you're finished.
Our friends over at Transifex have created an integration to help you translate your public Docs sites in a jiffy. The integration allows you to translate your Help Scout Docs site into multiple languages without the need to create separate knowledge bases.
Simply install the app in Help Scout, go through the setup process, and once you're up and running, Transifex will automatically collect content from your Docs site for translation - no coding required! You can poke around on a sample site here or check out a quick snippet of it in action below.
